Can I take Immu-Stay all year?

Yes, you can take Immu-Stay all year-round as its made with only natural ingredients. However, it is recommended to take a 2 week break so your body doesn't become too reliant on immune system supplements.

A weakened immune system would greatly benefit from taking Immu-Stay long term. Always reach out to your doctor about any concerns related to vitamin consumption.

It may be worth taking a break for 2 weeks each year to ensure that your body does not become over-reliant on this supplement. However, taking a break does leave you without the nutrients that you won't be getting from diet alone.

We consider this to be a matter of personal preference. If you do decide to take a break, we recommend that it is limited to 2 weeks. Otherwise the benefit of the product will be reduced.

Can Immu-Stay help me when I am already suffering from a seasonal ailment?

Because Immu-Stay provides essential nutrients to boost your immune system, it may aid the natural recovery process and help with seasonal ailments. It can be used when already ill, to speed recovery.

However, the best results will come when using it on a daily basis, long term, to build a strong immune system that is able to withstand contracting an illness in the first place.

Can Immu-Stay be used by Children?

We would not recommend this product for children, as it contains a number of quite potent and specialized ingredients.

Immune system boosters that we highly recommend for children are Total Balance Children's which has various ingredients to offer immune protection, such as Olive Leaf Extract and Vitamin C. The addition of Omega 3/DHA fish oil would compliment that well for ultimate immune protection.

Can I use Immu-Stay at the same time as other Xtendlife products?

Immu-Stay can be used to 'top-up' your normal Total Balance regime, or as a stand-alone formula, prior to your desire for additional immune support. To see the best and most rapid results we suggest that you follow our 'recommended protocol' suggestion of 3 tablets per day if you are taking our Total Balance. If taking it by itself then you should use the full dose of 6 tablets per day.

Can I take Total Balance if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

No, we do not recommend this. The only product we recommend during this time is our Omega 3/DHA fish oil, which has valuable properties to support both the health of the mother and baby. 
 
Fish oil is highly recommended by many medical professionals during pregnancy and breastfeeding to help support infant brain development, as well as systemic organ growth. It can also play a valuable role in supporting the post-natal mood and brain function of the mother. As the baby draws from the mother's precious stores of DHA, they can easily become depleted, therefore supporting levels with a supplement such as Omega 3/DHA fish oil is very wise.

Will this supplement interfere with prescription medications?

All supplements should be taken 2-3 hours away from prescription medication. We recommend checking with your doctor before beginning any supplement.
